Booking terms.

1. Retainer. A $75 retainer holds your date and is applied to your total. The retainer is non-refundable.
2. Balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event, before the event begins.
3. Overtime. If you'd like me to keep playing past the booked time, overtime is $200 per hour, billed in 30-minute minimums.
4. Returned checks. A $100 fee applies to any check returned by the bank.
5. Cancellation. If you need to cancel, please give at least 90 days' notice. The retainer is non-refundable.
6. What you provide. Please arrange a sturdy table of about 6 feet, covered, plus a dedicated 20-amp power outlet near the setup area. (For off-grid outdoor spots, I can bring battery/inverter power — just let me know.)
7. A meal. For events longer than 3 hours, please provide one hot meal for your DJ.
8. Insurance. I carry $2 million in liability insurance and can name your venue as additionally insured on request.
9. Backup plan. In the unlikely event I'm ill or injured, I'll secure a qualified backup DJ so your event goes on as planned.
